In this learning experience, participants quickly discover that relationships are at the core of performance, and that real trust and respect are essential to any school or classroom seeking to grow and improve.

At Capturing Kids’ Hearts 2, teachers, staff, and administrators learn and practice skills that make clear, candid communication possible. They learn to use these skills in their relationships with their colleagues and students.

Capturing Kids’ Hearts 2 is an immersive, participatory experience. Teachers, staff, and administrators learn and practice skills they will use and model on a daily basis to create high-performing teams and successful learning environments. The Capturing Kids’ Hearts Teacher Insights provides the basis for an action plan for continued personal and professional development.
