Leadership Development Senior Strategist

Anna Beth grew up in a family that honors education and educators. She and both of her sisters are educators who have taught students at all levels, from elementary through university. She proudly earned a Baylor University education degree along with her master’s degree in counseling.

Before joining the Flippen Group, Anna Beth was in public education in Texas for twenty-eight years. She served as a classroom teacher, counselor, and administrator for the Silsbee Independent School District, and on the board of directors for the Texas Association for the Gifted and Talented. She was a trainer and evaluator for the Texas Future Problem Solving Program and has presented at state conferences.

Anna Beth’s responsibilities with the Flippen Group include training teachers and administrators in the Capturing Kids’ Hearts process, leadership consulting at the campus level, and motivational speaking.

Anna Beth resides in Silsbee, Texas and has a grown daughter and son. She has a passion for people of all ages and enjoys making new acquaintances. Anna Beth believes educators have the unique opportunity to influence the future of our country through appropriate relationships with the students they serve. She is committed to helping others grow in ways that will secure our future.
