Rohan Paul

Rohan Paul

Director of Business Practice

Rohan Paul leads Flippen Group’s business practice area. He facilitates the sales and services delivery of leadership solutions to multinational corporations, both in the United States and around the world.

Before joining Flippen Group, Rohan was the business manager and a founding team member of Breakthrough, a leadership development company based in Bangalore, India. Rohan led the development and implementation of the company’s strategic plan and oversaw all aspects of operations. As part of the Breakthrough consulting team, he also developed and delivered workshops extensively across India, as well as in Egypt, Slovakia, the United States, Singapore, and Sri Lanka.

Rohan has extensive global experience, having led and worked with teams in the United States, Australia, Europe, Africa, and Asia. For 10 years, he served on the leadership team of an organization whose mission is to teach leadership skills to children through sports. To date, more than three million children in 175 countries have participated in these events, and resources have been translated into dozens of languages.

Rohan and his wife, Sharon, have lived and worked on several different continents, calling College Station home since 2007. They have three  children: Alicia, Noah, and Rayah. Outside of work, Rohan enjoys traveling, quality time with his family, and riding motorcycles.
