As part of her public school experience, Nita has held several leadership positions, including grade-level team leader; case manager; admission, review, and dismissal coordinator; sponsor for the Future Educators Association; and middle states’ co-chair for the Organizational Design and Structure Components. She has also presented to district administrators and educators at the state and national levels.
