Rob Kirk joined the Flippen Group in 2008 after spending 20 years as a high school teacher, coach, and athletic director in Kansas, Texas, and Florida. Rob has a master’s degree in education from Pittsburg State University. He received his undergraduate degree from The University of Tulsa, where he also played football for the Golden Hurricane. More importantly, Tulsa, Oklahoma is where Rob met and married his beautiful bride, Carol, a middle school math teacher. They have enjoyed 28 years of marriage and they have four grown children (two educators, a doctor, and a full-time mom), as well as two grandchildren. Rob lives in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Rob was trained in Capturing Kids’ Hearts in 1995 while working for Deer Park Independent School District. He also taught Teen Leadership for several years at Deer Park High School.
Rob is committed to transformational servant leadership. He is passionate about faith, family, and making a consistent investment in the lives of others. A desire to always ‘go the extra mile’ and fulfill the Flippen Group mission to ‘build relationships and processes that bring out the best in people’ is what makes working for the Flippen Group an exciting adventure every day.
In addition to spending quality time with family, Rob and Carol are both avid readers and enjoy traveling together. They have been fortunate enough to visit all 50 United States and several international countries.
