BROOKE GILES

BROOKE GILES

Leadership Development Strategist

Brooke has passionately served youth in education and the arts for more than 15 years. Early on she recognized her gift and calling to inspire others toward personal growth and success through the power of the performing arts, education and meaningful relationships. In 2004, she earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Baylor University.

Before beginning her teaching career, Brooke led several highly successful teams and initiatives as a business development manager and special projects manager in the non-profit sector. She was a classroom teacher in the areas of early childhood, English, social studies and fine arts since 2008. She is proud to work as an Arrow Academy district lead fine arts teacher at a Capturing Kids’ Hearts National Showcase School. Brooke has been growing professionally and personally through implementing the Capturing Kids’ Hearts process for more than seven years.

Brooke resides in Houston, Texas with her husband, Richard, and their children Imani, Sanaa and Ethan. Brooke enjoys writing, performing and spending time with “her circle”, outside of the daily joys and challenges of raising a future Supreme Court justice/entrepreneur, a multi-Tony Award winner/philanthropist and “cat-boy”/tech inventor.
