Leadership Development Advisor
Brooke Judd believes in growing students and teachers into leaders. With a master’s degree in educational leadership from Western Michigan University, Brooke served as the director of transportation, operations, and data at Olivet Community Schools in Olivet, Michigan. She then moved into the assistant superintendent position, and for the past two years has served as superintendent of schools. As leadership development advisor, Brooke has led summer training sessions for the Flippen Group for the past three years. Leadership has always been a part of her life and continues to be a major focus.
Brooke was first introduced to the Flippen Group after reading The Flip Side, written by Flip Flippen. It had a major impact, especially after hearing him speak at a superintendents’ conference, and she subsequently introduced her Olivet Community Schools faculty to Capturing Kids’ Hearts.
Brooke loves spending time with David, her husband of 28 years; daughter Rachel, son-in-law Tyler, and one grandson; son Bennett and fiancée Margaret; younger daughter, Camille; and younger son, Sam.
