Don McGee
Director of Technology
Don was born and raised in Texas and has been in the Houston area since 1984. A graduate of University of Houston, Don has spent over 20 years in various technology and leadership roles. He has broad experience in organizations ranging from small entrepreneurial startups and nonprofits to Fortune 500 firms.
Before joining Flippen Group, Don was a technology executive in the financial services industry. Before that, he spent a decade in software development, progressing into the management of large, geographically distributed engineering teams. His passion for technology, augmented by a personal mission to transform process and people, led him to join the Flippen Group.
Outside of work, Don enjoys spending time with his family, Texas high school football, keeping up to date on all things tech, and volunteering at his children’s schools. Don is currently president of the local high school athletic booster club and volunteers in other campus and district activities. Don resides in Sugar Land, Texas with his wife, Connie. They have seven children (Stacey, Nicole, Adam, Aaron, Abbey, Aidan, and Ainsley) and two granddaughters (Lilly and Emma).
