Leadership Development Strategist
Jan Daisher’s relentless optimism and a genuine desire for change makes her the perfect fit for a role in education. She started her career in education as a high school teacher and then became a junior high school principal. She currently serves her district as the director of professional development.
Jan credits her Capturing Kids’ Hearts training with changing her life and validating her belief in the importance of building relationships with students. She enjoyed bringing the systemic implementation of the process to her own staff while continuing to grow in her own leadership skills and abilities. It is a dream come true to lead Capturing Kids’ Hearts trainings to share her experiences with educators and support them in their daily work with students.
Jan is married to her junior high sweetheart, David. They have five children living all across the country. Her greatest joy is watching them all grow into beautiful, successful adults empowered to live lives full of passion and joy.
