Josh Kaye

Leadership Development Advisor

Josh’s passion for life and learning is apparent to all who meet him. He currently teaches math and psychology in the same community where he grew up – Mobile, Alabama. He has completed his master’s degree in collaborative education and serves as a special education liaison. Additionally, his extracurricular activities have included teaching and directing summer school and coaching the boys’ and girls’ swim teams.

Since implementing the Capturing Kids’ Hearts process in his classroom for the last few years, Josh has seen its tremendous impact on his students’ success and ability to achieve outside of the classroom walls. He loves spending his summers traveling and sharing with other teachers the same process he uses daily with his students. His main passion, however, continues to be in the classroom, investing in his students and empowering them with the skills to be future leaders.

One of Josh’s great joys in life is being a husband to his beautiful wife, Amanda, and a father to his two sons, Henson, and Isaac. He strongly believes that leadership and communication should start in the home with the people you love the most!
