Leadership Profile

Kristin Booth

Kristin Booth

Leadership Development Strategist

Kristin grew up in Fort Worth, Texas and comes from a family of educators with strong belief in the power of education to transform lives. After earning her bachelor’s degree, Kristin went on to complete her master’s degree from Lamar University in Education Administration and her doctorate from Tarleton State University in Educational Leadership.

Prior to joining the Flippen Group, Kristin served public schools for 15 years as a high school teacher, instructional coach, and assistant principal, and later as a middle school and high school principal. Kristin’s passion for people was a perfect match for the Capturing Kids’ Hearts processes she learned in 2013 and immediately started implementing as a campus principal. The processes quickly went from being something she did to who she was. She worked with amazing and caring teachers on her campus to implement processes from Capturing Kids’ Hearts, LeadWorthy, and Process Champions, with the goal of establishing meaningful relationships and assuring that students felt loved, valued, and heard. Following these changes, the campus was recognized as a Capturing Kids’ Hearts National Showcase School in 2018. This same school was also recognized as the only National Career Academy Model School in Texas in 2018.

Kristin lives in Fort Worth with her husband, Aaron, and their busy, chaotic, loud, loving household full of kiddos, dogs, and chickens. When she isn’t cheering her children on at the baseball field, volleyball court, or at a band concert, Kristin enjoys serving in her church, volunteering with prison ministry, and going on adventures with her family. Kristin strongly believes that life’s importance is found in the impact it has on other lives.
