Leadership Development Strategist
Leigha Jordan knew early on growing up in North Carolina that she had a heart for people and a desire to serve others. Raised by her teacher parents it’s no surprise that she carried on in their footsteps. As an instructional coach she works with teachers and students growing relationships, leadership and math skills. Leigha was recognized as Math Teacher of the Year for her entire county in 2016.
In February 2008, Leigha attended Capturing Kids Hearts training with her middle school. Immediately following the training, she began implementing the process in her classroom and personal life. Using these principles and methods, Leigha continues to grow each year with students and teachers alike. Student growth and transformation keep her enthusiastic and focused on Capturing Kid’s Hearts and sharing it with others.
Leigha is excited to make a difference in the lives of others and help them reach their personal best. She and her husband, Josh live in Asheville, North Carolina with their two wonderful children, Mackenzie and Peyton. She enjoys spending time with family, reading, being outside and exercising.
