Leadership Development Strategist

Linda Gibson’s philosophy of life includes “teaching and learning are so much more than what is within a textbook.” She has lived this in her over twenty years in education. She’s been able to expand teaching beyond the classroom walls as well as educate through coaching co-ed soccer at the varsity and junior varsity levels. Linda has served in Arizona schools as a teacher, counselor and building principal.

As a prevention coordinator, Linda had the opportunity to implement character education courses, student support groups, leadership camps and peer counseling programs throughout her district in Payson, Arizona. She strives to create an atmosphere amongst students and teachers that all consider it an extended family. Each individual within the school brings a gift to the table that everyone can learn from and support.

Being close with her own family is a priority to her. Linda and her husband, Mark have two grown children, Julie and Hayden. They spend a great deal of time together. Time is short, and understanding its value is important to them.
