Leadership Development Advisor
Mark Dube was raised and still resides in Enfield, Connecticut. He serves as a physical education, health, and Teen Leadership teacher in grades nine through twelve at Enrico Fermi High School. Mark received his bachelor’s degree in physical education for schools and his master’s degree in educational leadership from Central Connecticut State University. During his time as an undergraduate at CCSU, Mark played three years of baseball for the Blue Devils, and in his senior year, served as captain.
As a high school teacher, Mark has advocated implementing the Teen Leadership course as a secondary curriculum staple in the Enfield Public Schools. He also coached the varsity baseball team and was Enfield’s Teacher of the Year from 2004-2005. As a leadership development advisor for the Flippen Group, Mark’s responsibilities include facilitating teachers and administrators in the Capturing Kids’ Hearts training.
Mark lives in West Hartford, Connecticut with his wife Emily, their daughter Grace, and dog Hendrix. He enjoys spending time relaxing with family and friends. Mark’s passion and motivation come from his desire to work toward being his personal best and to inspire and help others to do the same.
