With a smile that lights of the room… Misti’s Kilgore’s heart to serve is as radiant. She’s had the privilege of serving in the public school system for 22 years. From her beginnings as an English teacher to being a high school guidance counselor, Misti strives to help students reach their potential. Her energetic attitude is infectious in motivating others to succeed.
Her journey with the Flippen Group began early in her educational career as a LeadWorthy (formerly Teen Leadership) teacher. After implementing the Capturing Kids’ Hearts process in her professional and personal life, she knew she wanted to become a part of the organization.
Misti resides in the beautiful Dallas, Texas area. She enjoys traveling both near and far having most recently returned from a trip to Israel. Any free time is spent with her football-coach husband, Tim, and their two active children, Beau and Gracie.
