Leadership Profile

Patti Pierce

Patti Pierce

Leadership Development Strategist

To “Protect and Serve” has always been Patti’s mission. For over 20 years she served as a Dallas Police Officer. It was a smooth transition to protecting and serving in the classroom. Her career in education started at the elementary level but ended with leading the district ACHIEVE Team. It is there that Patti supported schools identified as needing opportunities for improvement.

This school improvement focus combined with the many offerings of the Flippen Group, created a new culture and energy in her Colorado Springs School District.  Patti was able to support 17 schools to implement Capturing Kids’ Hearts on their campuses before her retirement in 2018. Her passion fuels her tenacity to make a difference one relationship at a time with the adults she gets to serve. Patti hopes in turn they can skillfully and intentionally influence the lives of the students they support.

When not supporting school teams, you will find Patti on the road with her husband Ron. They enjoy scouring the countryside for the perfect antique to sell in their shop in Colorado Springs.  Her favorite road trip includes time with her son, Sean, and his wonderful family in Arkansas. When staying home in Colorado, Patti and Ron enjoy watching Colorado Avalanche hockey.
