Leadership Profile
Paul Brenner
Paul Brenner
Leadership Development Advisor
“Following the path less traveled” is something Paul knows well. He began his career right out of college as a software engineer in Colorado. Within a few years, he realized he wanted to work with kids and have a significant impact on them. Paul first volunteered at a local high school as an assistant football and basketball coach. Within three years, he earned his first master’s degree in education and became the head basketball coach and athletic director.
Paul has been an educator either on the field, in the gym, or in the classroom for over two decades. He holds master’s degrees in both computer science and education. During his career, Paul has taught math, speech, theater, computer science, P.E., and Teen Leadership.
After moving to Columbia, TN – mule capital of the world – he is still an athletic director and administrator. He took the road less traveled in becoming an educator, but the journey has been most rewarding.
Paul and his lovely wife, Kim, have been married for twenty-six years. They treasure family time with their two kids, Hannah, and Zachary.
