Rhonda McGinnis

Leadership Development Strategist

Rhonda McGinnis, LPC, CAMS-II, earned her bachelor’s degree in secondary English education and her master’s in mental health counseling. She has taught English, ESL, intervention, literacy, AP psychology and social studies to grades five through twelve. Course levels include special education team-teaching, alternative/credit recovery, gifted, and AP. She is a founding member of Mosaic Counseling Group, serving teens and adults in her community in partnership with schools and other civic organizations.

When Rhonda first trained with Capturing Kids’ Hearts in 2000, she had no idea the processes would have such a powerful impact on her relationships, both in her professional and personal life. She has had the honor of teaching in a variety of schools across the country, using the Capturing Kids’ Hearts processes with her students and in extracurricular leadership/mentoring programs.

In 2007, Rhonda spent summers training for the Flippen Group and in 2010, came on board full-time as leadership development strategist. Her responsibilities have included training teachers and administrators, consulting in schools, conducting in-services, and developing Process Champion teams. Empowering others has always been her passion, and she loves the opportunity to impact educators by training and consulting with them on their campuses.

Rhonda lives just outside of Atlanta, Georgia and loves to spend time with her husband, John-Michael.
