Leadership Development Strategist

For over 20 years, Stacy Edwards has brought her passion for excellence and desire for growth to public education. She has served as a teacher, facilitator, mentor, and coordinator for special education in both elementary and secondary Texas schools. Stacy graduated with honors from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in health and psychology and accepted her first teaching position at the high school where the Capturing Kids’ Hearts processes were first introduced in the public schools.

Stacy currently serves as vocational coordinator for special services in College Station ISD. She considers it an honor to oversee career education and work with the community and district to design individual training and employment opportunities for students with disabilities. In 2013, Stacy joined the Flippen Group as a leadership development advisor. She encourages leaders to “Give the best you have to give.”

Stacy loves doing life with her husband, Brian, who is a teacher and coach. They have been married 25 years and have four children, Neely, Macky, Brayli, and Jaxon. Her most treasured moments are enjoying meals around the table with family and friends, relaxing in the Rocky Mountains, and coffee on the back porch with a good book. Stacy and her family reside in College Station, Texas.
