Stephanie Bilski joined Flippen Group in 2010. In addition to managing the accounting department, she is responsible for budget formulation, financial analysis, and financial reporting. She maintains a strong focus on process and system improvement, accounting technology, controls, and staff development.
Stephanie’s career began as an auditor with the Dallas office of McGladrey, a national public accounting firm, where she worked for four years concentrating in the manufacturing, financial, and real estate sectors. She was recruited directly from McGladrey by Flippen Group. Stephanie graduated in 2006 with her master’s degree in accounting from Texas A&M University.
When not working, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to exquisite places, and the Aggie tradition of tailgating.
