Taylor Gould
Leadership Development Advisor
Born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, Taylor fell in love with teaching at a young age. Her heart for people and students has never wavered. She attended a large high school and a small college. She graduated from Tabor College with honors, and bachelor’s degrees in business administration and secondary education. Taylor later earned her master’s degree in educational administration from Emporia State University.
Her public school experience has allowed her to teach at a variety of secondary grade levels. She currently teaches Teen Leadership at two middle schools in her district. After witnessing firsthand the impact that Capturing Kids’ Hearts and Teen Leadership had on her students and school, she is thrilled to have the opportunity to share this process with fellow educators across the nation.
Taylor enjoys spending time with her family and friends. You might see her cheering her husband on at his Major League Baseball games, walking her dog, Slugger, and traveling.
Taylor believes that with the right tools, educators have the power to positively impact the world like no other profession can.
