We have had a great year, and the main reason for that is you. We are so very thankful that you have trusted us to be your partners in building great organizations and making a difference in the world we share.
We have seen the most amazing stories this year! Stories of growing companies, start-ups, turnarounds, and victories over insurmountable odds. Stories of educators making massive strides to build relationships with their colleagues and kids in their classrooms. Stories of schools and entire districts turning struggle into achievement.
What a great year!
But these stories don’t really get to the heart of the matter for us.
For us, it’s all about the relationship we have with you.
Our society has become so narrowly transactional, which to me is a very real loss. We have no desire for the Flippen Group to be merely transactional. You have given us the privilege of living relationally and transformationally as a company. That is such a joy and delight for us. We feel so honored to be involved in your life.
